DIXIE COOPER

Ms. Cooper is one of the most respected trial lawyers in Tennessee. Ms. Cooper has been actively defending health care providers in state court and federal litigation for more than 25 years. She has focused for much of her career on representing individual physicians in all types of malpractice actions, from complex birth injury cases to surgical complication cases to failures to diagnose. She also has a busy practice representing hospitals across the state of Tennessee in difficult, complex health care liability cases. She has taken dozens of difficult cases to trial in counties all across Tennessee. Ms. Cooper has been recognized by numerous publications, including Best Lawyers in America, SuperLawyers, and Martindale-Hubbell. She is also active in community activities like the Tennessee Lawyers Association for Women.
