Lee

Nutini

A native of Middle Tennessee, Lee joined Gideon, Cooper & Essary, PLC in 2016. Prior to joining the firm, Lee served as a law clerk to the Honorable Edward B. Atkins of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. He also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Gary R. Wade of the Tennessee Supreme Court.

Lee graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he served as Research Editor of the Tennessee Law Review, Editor-in-Chief and Founder of The Forum: A Tennessee Student Legal Journal, and President of the Health Law Society. Lee has been published numerous times, including with the Tennessee Law Review, the Tennessee Journal of Business Law, and the Tennessee Journal of Law & Policy.

Lee is a member of the Tennessee, Knoxville, and Nashville Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice in Tennessee.

Outside of his legal practice, Lee enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends, working out, and rooting for the Vols and Titans.
